PAD THAI/ THAI STIR FRIED NOODLES

A chosen selection of shrimp, chicken, or tofu, are stir fried together with egg and other vegetables in a wok, along with a choice of either rice or glass noodles, and cooked in a freshly made Pad Thai sauce. Served with lime wedges, scallions, bean sprouts, crushed peanuts, and red chili flakes as condiments.
