TOD MUN PLA/ THAI FISH CAKES

Fresh Cod fish is combined with Thai herbs and red curry paste, formed into bite-sized cakes, and deep fried. Topped with fried basil leaves, and served with a sweet-chili dipping sauce. This dish can also be made also be made with local crab meat, or shiitake mushrooms.
